Expert in leadership communication, with more than a decade of experience in brand communication and almost ten years of experience in organisational and leadership development.<\/strong><\/p>

\"In order to have a positive perception of the organisation (internally and externally) and to communicate effectively (internally and externally), it is important to first address the basic unit of organisational communication: people. With more than a decade of experience in a PR agency and almost ten years of experience in organisational and leadership development, I am convinced that as long as there is a communication dysfunction of any nature at senior or even middle management level in an organisation, the machinery will be stuck at team and system level. It is always the individual who is the key, and it is here that it is worth improving first, otherwise the organisation will be discredited. A pretty brand is not worth much, or will not be pretty for long, if people don't like working on it. As a consultant, coach, trainer, mentor and communicator, I support my partners to work in a healthy organisation with constructive relationships, because that's how individuals will be satisfied and teamwork will be effective.\"<\/em><\/p>
